Key Responsibilities
* Manage a high volume of inbound calls, directing enquiries accurately and efficiently.
* Professionally greet and assist clients, customers and visitors.
* Provide administrative support including document preparation, data entry and calendar management.
* Manage general office duties such as filing, photocopying and mail distribution.
* Assist with meeting and event coordination.
* Monitor and order office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
* Undertake occasional errands or site visits (current driver's licence required).
* Provide basic marketing support including:
* Assisting with social media content.
* Maintaining marketing databases.
* Distributing marketing materials.
* Supporting campaigns and events.
* Deliver exceptional customer service across all communication channels.
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of office and kitchen areas.
