We are seeking a friendly and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Orange Compounding Pharmacy to work every Monday 830am-6pm and Saturdays 830am-1230pm. We are a small community pharmacy that is focused on providing exceptional customer service, you will be working alongside experienced dispensary technicians and pharmacy assistants.
This position would be starting in late January 2026.
What you'll be doing
Provide professional pharmaceutical advice and services to patients, including dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions (including compounding), checking dosette packs, monitoring patient medication usage and counselling patients.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
Provide professional pharmacy services including vaccination and full scope services (e.g. UTI, Shingles, Oral Contraceptives).
What we're looking for
Registered Pharmacist with a valid Pharmacy Board of Australia license (APHRA).
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
Experience working as a pharmacist in a community pharmacy setting, preferably a minimum of 2+ years community pharmacy experience required.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, medication management, and patient care.
Excellent communication skills to confidently interact patients.
Proficient in the use of Minfos and Webstercare – Training can be provided.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care.
Experience with compounding and accreditation for HMR services, not required, but highly regarded.
