Storeperson | Full-Time
Location: Launceston (Western Junction), Tasmania
Shift Options (must be available for one of these):
* Wednesday – Saturday: 2:30 AM start, approx. 9.5 hours per day
* Sunday – Wednesday: 2:30 AM start, approx. 9.5 hours per day
(Start times may vary based on delivery requirements; confirmed by 3:00 PM the day prior. We'll work with you to keep things clear and consistent.)
About the Roles
We're looking for two reliable, proactive individuals who take pride in doing the job right, safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. This is more than a Storeperson role; it's a key operational position where you'll manage inventory, dispatch, and on-site logistics to keep our business moving.
You'll work autonomously and support the team when needed, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, unload, and organise incoming freight
* Accurately record and label all incoming and outgoing freight
* Maintain an organised warehouse for efficient storage and retrieval
* Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and effectively
* Follow all safety procedures at all times
* Keep the warehouse clean and tidy
* Support the team if things fall behind
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Storeperson in logistics or a similar environment (desirable)
* Ability to commit to the listed shift patterns
* Forklift licence essential (or willingness to obtain if you're an exceptional fit)
* Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
* Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment
