What you’ll do: Design and develop AI solutions and digital products for PwC’s firmwide business and clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Develop algorithms to extract, cleanse, and normalize data from unstructured and semi-structured sources at scale. Produce clean, maintainable code deployed on Azure cloud and contribute to software development lifecycle activities. Mentor junior data scientists and actively participate in data science and machine learning communities within the firm. What we’re looking for: Strong Python development skills with experience in modern ML/LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, and knowledge of VectorDB and various ML models. Deep understanding of statistical methods, algorithm application at scale, microservices, containerization (Docker), and cloud environments (Azure). Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and ability to work effectively with remote teams. Experience with agile software development, source code management (Git), data pipelines, message-queueing systems, observability tools, and Typescript development a plus.
