About the Role Due to continued growth, an experienced Project Manager is required to join a well‑established construction team delivering projects across the public sector. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high‑performing environment alongside project managers, estimators, site supervisors, trades, and support staff, while working closely with senior leadership. This position would suit a confident and commercially astute professional who can manage multiple projects concurrently, deliver practical solutions, and build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Deliver construction projects end‑to‑end, ensuring quality, programme, and budget objectives are achieved Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control activities Coordinate labour resources, subcontractors, materials, plant, and equipment Liaise closely with subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and internal stakeholders Build and maintain strong client relationships, including attendance at site and client meetings Ensure all works comply with Australian Standards and WHS/OHS requirements Work collaboratively with senior management and project delivery teams Demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously Provide regular reporting and updates to the Project Directors About You To be successful in this role, you will bring strong technical capability and proven experience delivering construction projects in a fast‑paced environment.
