The Role 
This is a full-time role for a Client Service Manager, a pivotal role in managing our service delivery and nurturing client relationships. You will work closely with both our administrative and accounting team members to maintain and improve workflow practices, delivering client projects in a professional and efficient manner in line with our core values. You will be part of a small and collaborative Business Advisory team and we are seeking someone with personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing and growing their career. Responsibilities 
- Supporting the team with project management – keeping timelines, workflows, and deliverables on track 
- Maintaining accurate records, notes, and admin documentation across projects 
- Providing exceptional client service and support to ensure a positive client experience 
- Acting as a central point of contact for internal updates relating to client projects 
- Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and maintaining accurate client records 
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues and service requests 
- Following up on assigned tasks and ensuring the team is across priority items 
- Assisting with internal processes that contribute to a smooth and consistent client experience 
- Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and support business growth 
- Assisting with new client onboarding processes 
- Providing warm, professional client communication to keep clients informed and supported 
Essential Criteria 
- A bright and friendly personality, and genuinely enjoy developing relationships with clients 
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills 
- Great organisation skills and the ability to work independently 
- The ability to problem solve and think on their feet 
- The ability to track & manage multiple projects to deadlines; open communication with all project stakeholders is critical 
- An above average knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) & good IT literacy 
- Proven experience working in administration/accounts and exposure to bookkeeping fundamentals 
Desirable Criteria 
- Exposure to the accounting and finance industry is not essential but would be highly regarded 
- Experience with small project management
