Due to continued growth, we are creating a new leadership position for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to establish, lead, and grow our electrical division.
The Opportunity

You will take ownership of all electrical components across commercial and large-scale projects, particularly in HVAC controls and BMS systems. You will play a key role in mentoring electricians, improving systems, and driving quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise electrical works across commercial HVAC projects
* Establish and grow the company's electrical team
* Oversee BMS installations, controls, VSDs, switchboards, and commissioning
* Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and safety regulations
* Work closely with project managers and mechanical teams
* Mentor apprentices and tradesmen
* Drive high standards of workmanship and team culture
* Assist in planning, resourcing, and future growth of the division
About You
* Current QLD Electrical Licence
* Strong experience in commercial HVAC electrical works
* Experience with BMS systems and controls
* Leadership mindset with a desire to build and grow a team
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Driven, motivated, and solutions-focused
* Committed to quality and team culture
* Current Driver's Licence
