We're on the hunt for a reliable, hands-on and enthusiastic individual with a hands-on background to be the right-hand of our National Technical Manager in overseeing the installer network and maintaining high standards.This role combines administrative and field support, including debriefing, system updates, technical problem-solving, training, and escalations, to ensure accurate job outcomes and a consistent, high-quality customer experience.The successful candidate will receive all necessary product and installation training!
ResponsibilitiesPerform technical support in office through supporting the training of installers and other team members.Perform on-site check measures alongside installations and service calls as required.Conduct debriefs with installers, reviewing paperwork, job notes and systems entries to improve accuracy.Ensure all installer jobs outcomes are updated on internal system.Work closely with internal teams, providing support where required.Manage escalated jobs and perform high quality customer service.About YouThe successful applicant will have:Previous experience with our line of products is highly advantageous.Openness to learningProblem-solving skillsThorough knowledge of tools and equipmentAptitude for general maintenance would be essential.Building trade would be advantageous but not essentialOn OfferStable and secure role with room to grow!
