We have multiple exciting opportunities for professional individuals to join our Harris elite teams based at our Kent Town office, managing the elite sales team’s operations and projects. This role requires someone with demonstrated leadership skills who can drive the business plan strategies for our successful sales teams. You will also be responsible for delivering consistent and stellar customer service to their clients, steering the marketing and social media strategies of the team, managing the team's budget, and performing administration duties on a daily basis.
What your day will look like:
* Effective and efficient project management ie management and organisation of listings, sales, property marketing, liaising with trades and arranging keys, liaising with conveyancers and finance brokers, for each property their sales agent lists and sells.
* Operational management of the team
* Exceptional client service and management

Who you are:
* Experience in a similar role in real estate (preferred)
* Experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant (desirable)
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly developed attention to detail
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
* The ability to manage a dynamic working environment
* An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
* Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail
* Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
