About the Role This position provides frontline IT support across hardware, software, and applications for internal users, including councillors. You’ll also perform routine network maintenance, assist with system upgrades, and manage the Council’s website and intranet in collaboration with content authors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive IT help desk support and troubleshoot technical issues
- Perform network tasks including user account setup, patching, and backups
- Support application systems and assist with hardware/software installations
- Maintain and develop website and intranet functionality and content
- Track, audit, and report on IT systems, hardware, and software
- Contribute to broader IT projects and strategic initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in IT support within a government or enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of network operations, user account management, and web content systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Contract Details
