Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Performing routine laboratory tests (e.g. Sulphur Dioxide, pH/TA analysis)
• Sampling from tanks and barrels in multilevel winery
• Calibrating and maintaining lab equipment.
• Recording and reporting analytical results accurately
• Conducting grape and juice maturity analysis and assisting with weighbridge operations during vintage
• Liaison with internal and external customers of the laboratory
• Maintaining a clean and organized lab and tasting room environment
• Following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), HACCP, and workplace safety protocols
