About the Role
You will have access to over 60 unique placements, offering an exceptional chance to broaden your skills and expertise across various business units. These placements include design, analysis, and network planning, as well as development, project controls, commercial operations, and construction.
* Potential roles after the program include Electrical Engineer, Project Engineer, Construction Engineer, Designer, Project Developer, Site Manager, and Project Controller.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Degree: Hold or be in your final year of your degree in Civil Engineering
* Australian or New Zealand Citizen/ Permanent Resident or eligible permanent visa holder
* Graduate or Expected Graduate by end of 2026
* Available for Assessment Centre in-person
* Demonstrate key qualities: Strong team player, clear communicator, lateral thinker, and passionate about environmental and social responsibility
The Recruitment Process:
1. Check your eligibility and ensure you meet the required degree qualification.
2. Create a profile and submit your application.
3. Our recruitment team will assess your application and inform you if you are unsuccessful.
4. If you pass screening, you will receive instructions for our online test covering numeracy, literacy, and abstract reasoning.
5. Candidates who meet the cognitive testing benchmark will be invited to complete a one-way video interview.
6. The recruitment team will evaluate your video interview and notify you if you are unsuccessful.
7. Successful candidates will be invited to our in-person Assessment Centre.
8. Candidates selected at the Assessment Centre will be invited to undergo pre-employment checks.
9. Successful candidates will receive a verbal offer of employment followed by a formal written offer.
