Job Title: Communication Specialist

We provide high-quality support services to thousands of participants every year. Our multidisciplinary team approach ensures tailored support solutions that meet individual needs and goals.

As a Communication Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our purpose-driven team to deliver impactful support. You will help improve independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing for individuals through communication therapy interventions.

You will have the flexibility to work in various settings, including clinics and community environments. We welcome all levels of experience, from entry-level to senior professionals.


Our Approach

* We use a strengths-based approach to guide assessment, goal-setting, and intervention.
* Our assessments combine standardised and non-standardised methods to meet each participant's unique needs.
* We deliver communication therapy interventions in settings best matched to participants' goals, such as schools, homes, workplaces, or community spaces.
* Our multidisciplinary team includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Key Workers, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

You will support participants in Campbelltown, Liverpool, and surrounding areas. We offer a clinical caseload that fits your interests and passion areas, flexible working hours, excellent remuneration, and opportunities for career progression.


Requirements

* Current registration with a relevant professional body as a Communication Specialist
* A passion for collaboration and making a difference in the community
* Experience delivering services that promote communication and wellbeing
