Lead Educator Role

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to grow and excel in your career as a Lead Educator.

* You will lead and guide teams in creating innovative early learning programs aligned with current best practices.
* Develop meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Document and share children's learning and development with families.
* Contribute to the Guardian Curriculum implementation.

Requirements:

* Diploma in Children's Services (preferably completed).
* Experience in long day-care in a leadership role.
* Knowledge and practical experience with the NQF and EYLF.
* Current Working with Children's Check (NSW).
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (with some visa exceptions).
