Offer description

We are looking for multiple APS4 equivalent Data Remediation Support Officers to join the Section. Successful applicants will be required to investigate and remediate large numbers of client records in an Oracle-based system and assist with creating training data in a dedicated environment.

Please note this is NOT a data analyst position. Full training will be provided to enable the successful applicants to complete their tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Investigation and remediation of client records in an Oracle based system
- Investigation and remediation of Service Provider records in an Oracle based system
- Identifying and documenting data required for a dedicated training environment
- Work collaboratively with the section, branch, and other stakeholders; attending meetings, calling stakeholders etc
- Undertake relevant activities to support delivery of project outcomes as required
- Additional administrative functions as required

**Key Capabilities**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to undertake highly repetitive tasks
- Knowledge or prior experience with _Oracle_ based platforms or previously worked in _My Aged Care_ would be an asset but training will be provided to the successful applicant.
- Experience with excel spreadsheets
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in either health care or aged care _(ideal) _
- Ability to develop and foster strong interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders.
- Show initiative and the ability to work independently, with limited supervision within a team environment
- The ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and challenges as they arise, often with tight timeframes

**Eligibility**:

- To be eligible for employment with the Department, applicants must be an Australian citizen at the time an offer of employment is made
- An applicant's suitability for employment will also be assessed through a variety of pre-employment check processes, such as:

- Satisfactory completion of an Australian Federal Police criminal history check,
and where relevant, a Working with Children and Vulnerable People Check
- Baseline security clearance_ preferred_
- Providing evidence of qualifications
- ____
