About This Role
The Rebar Construction Supervisor oversees the management of construction operations to ensure compliance with project requirements. This role involves coordinating with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver the Eva Copper Mine Project.
* Monitor direct hire and subcontractor activities to guarantee adherence to project ES&H plans, quality standards, and local/national regulatory safety codes.
* Coordinate performance of installation contractors, project status, schedule, cost control, and change management systems.
* Plan craft manpower and interface with Industrial Relations for recruitment, hiring, and skills training programs.
Requirements
A recognized degree in an engineering discipline or a minimum of 10 years of experience in civil-rebar and concrete works on industrial plants. A minimum of 15 years of experience in construction projects as a contractor or PMC.
