* Permanent Full-time position (Monday to Friday – 38 hours/week)

About The Role
Reporting to the Residential Manager at Jemalong Residential Village, you will be providing clinical leadership and support to the clinical and personal care teams.
* Ensuring high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times, as per the Aged Care quality Standards and CHL policy and procedures
* Providing leadership and coaching to the clinical and support teams to ensure the delivery of quality resident outcomes
* Working in a safe manner, closely following all policies and procedures, including IPC, ensuring compliance with quality standards
* Working as 2nd in charge to the Residential Manager
To be successful you'll need
* A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
* Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
* Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
* Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
* Comprehensive Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age – related health issues
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety
* Previous experience working within a Residential Aged care setting in a similar role
* Strong coaching/training skills and the ability to influence others
* Strong customer centric approach to business
* Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Competent IT skills including full Microsoft suite
* Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
