Use insights to inform sales strategies and product positioning.Customer Engagement: Foster long-term relationships with key retail partners through regular communication, product training, and support.Sales Execution: Ensure effective execution of sales strategies, promotional activities, and merchandising plans within retail environments.Performance Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, account activity, and market conditions. 
Provide actionable insights to senior management.QualificationsExperience: A minimum of 5 years in a retail account development role for a wholesale or manufacturing business is required.Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. 
Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and sales reports.Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset.
