Position Summary
Are you someone who is looking to start your career in the marketing industry and demonstrates effective research and communication skills? This position lays the foundation for the sales cycle by identifying qualified leads used for our outbound efforts. The role also involves our inbound marketing efforts, tasked with segmenting and distributing inbound leads. The ideal candidate is someone eager to develop their skills in Hubspot and Salesforce.
Core Functions
1. Segmentation and distribution of inbound leads
2. Research and qualify prospects for potential client opportunities
3. Update our marketing database/CRM, Hubspot, to ensure accuracy of key business contact information
Skills & Competencies
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing preferred
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, or both
3. Marketing experience preferred
4. Strong English written and verbal communication skills
5. Detail-oriented
6. Knowledge of Internet Search, Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Social Media, ZoomInfo is a plus
Work Environment
This is a 100% remote role, so location is not important. Your supervisor is based in Boston, US, but you will operate in your local time zone, with occasional adjustments for meetings with staff and clients in Australia or the UK.
You must be equipped to work effectively from your own workspace and be comfortable with remote/home-based work. Brafton’s business model is heavily remote-focused, even before the COVID-19 pandemic, making the company agile and well-adapted to remote work practices.
Responsibilities
