A new opportunity has opened for a Learning & Development Manager to join a fast-paced team responsible for delivering complex learning programs and systems. You will oversee the development and delivery of accredited training, manage stakeholder engagement strategies, and lead a team to shape impactful learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities :
* Lead and manage the development and evaluation of complex learning activities, including e-learning.
* Set team priorities, manage resources, and oversee training content updates and accreditation.
* Apply strategic thinking to integrate L&D with broader organisational systems and business goals.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to implement L&D strategies effectively.
Key Requirements :
* Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering accredited training and L&D programs.
* Expertise in stakeholder engagement, learning evaluation, and content planning.
* Strong skills in leading teams, managing performance, and guiding learning content development.
* Must hold an active Positive Vetting (PV) clearance and be an Australian citizen.
