Key Responsibilities
Brand Storytelling & Brand System
* Own and evolve Unichi's brand voice, messaging pillars, and storytelling framework for the ANZ market, aligned with Unichi brand strategy.
* Set clear content standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and premium brand craft across all touchpoints.
Campaigns, Launches & Integrated Content
* Lead content planning and creative development for major brand campaigns, product launches, and integrated initiatives from concept to final delivery.
* Support brand execution for offline IP store, including in-store storytelling and messaging, VM, campaign toolkits, store visuals briefing, and on-ground brand activations to ensure a consistent, brand-led experience.
Trade Marketing & Retail Execution
* Translate brand strategy into retailer-ready toolkits and commercial assets to support sell-in and sell-through.
* Partner closely with Sales teams and key retail accounts to ensure execution is brand-aligned while driving commercial outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with Product, Design, Digital and Sales teams to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned communication across DTC and retail channels.
* Act as a key stakeholder to keep timelines, briefs, approvals, and quality standards on track.
Consumer Messaging & Compliance
* Own ANZ consumer-facing product messaging across key channels, ensuring brand consistency and commercial clarity.
* Ensure messaging is accurate, compliant, and fit-for-channel.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
* Track content performance and engagement, gather market feedback, and continuously refine content strategy and execution.
* Use insights to improve storytelling effectiveness, conversion quality, and campaign learnings over time.
Who You Are
Experience & Market Fit
* 4+ years in brand communications, content marketing, or creative strategy; ANZ market exposure is strongly preferred.
* Experience in beauty/wellness/lifestyle/FMCG is a plus.
Craft & Execution
* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to balance brand narrative and commercial clarity.
* Comfortable managing content across digital channels and working closely with design/creative teams.
Trade Marketing Capability
* Trade/retail marketing experience is preferred, with the ability to build channel toolkits and partner-facing materials when needed.

* Highly collaborative, proactive, and able to drive projects end-to-end with multiple stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented with a high bar for brand consistency, quality, and speed of execution.
