Key Role Overview
The Administration Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Gladstone Hospital's administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain effective communication networks with all administrative officers and their respective line managers through meetings and departmental interdisciplinary discussions.
* Undertake project work relevant to Administrative Support Services, as determined by the Director of Corporate and Support Services.
* Coordinate recruitment processes for direct report staff pools in alignment with Queensland Health policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
* Maintain administration rosters across all units to support placement, backfill, and application of rostering rules for administration streams including IWFM payroll system management.
What We Offer
Total remuneration value is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $45.81 - $50.46 p.h.
* A competitive employer superannuation contribution percentage applicable at the time of appointment may be 12.75% or more subject to current government rulings & approved variations from QHHS HRBSP Super Plan's terms & conditions ;
