We're looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Organisational Development (OD) Administrator to join our People & Culture team at IntoWork. Based in Northcote with hybrid WFH flexibility, this role is perfect for a highly organised administrator who enjoys supporting learning, development and capability initiatives across a dynamic and growing organisation.

About the Role

The OD Administrator plays a key role in delivering high‑quality learning, development and organisational capability programs across the Group.

Reporting to the OD Coordinator and working closely with the wider People & Culture team, you will provide administrative, system and logistical support to ensure OD initiatives run smoothly, accurately and on schedule.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role suited to someone who enjoys variety, interacting with people and working with systems - with strong attention to detail always front of mind.

Employment Type:

Permanent Part‑Time - 25 hours per week, worked Monday-Friday (5 hours per day preferred)

Key Responsibilities

As the OD Administrator, you will:

* Coordinate and support OD projects, initiatives and group‑wide development programs
* Schedule, organise and administer inductions, leadership programs, compliance training and other learning events
* Manage invitations, attendance, joining instructions and follow‑up communications
* Administer the LMS (enrolments, reporting, content uploads, user management) while maintaining ≥95% data accuracy
* Conduct data audits and assist with system testing and process improvements
* Prepare session materials, coordinate logistics and ensure learning environments are set up
* Manage evaluation surveys, compile insights and support monthly/quarterly OD reporting
* Maintain OD calendars, trackers, digital filing and SharePoint sites
* Act as the first point of contact for OD enquiries, delivering excellent customer service
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external training providers

About You

We're looking for an energetic, organised team player with:

* 2+ years' experience in administration, customer service, HR or L\&D support
* Experience managing data, systems or LMS platforms
* Strong MS Office skills and confidence navigating digital systems
* Excellent communication, organisation and time‑management skills
* High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
* Ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment
* A collaborative attitude and strong customer service focus

Desirable but not essential:

* Experience in HR, L\&D or OD administration
* Familiarity with systems like Employment Hero (HRIS) or Go1 (LMS)
* Understanding of accessibility requirements and version control in learning materials

Other Requirements

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.

A Working with Children Check and National Police Check are required (or can be arranged for the successful applicant).
