We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join the Balco production team based at Raywood, VIC. This role is on a rotating shift basis. The roster changes monthly from day to night.

We pay a competitive above-award hourly rate combined with penalty rates and overtime opportunities.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
· Loading/unloading hay bales onto/from trucks and stacking in the storage facility
· Complying with all Work Health Safety requirements
· Ensuring accuracy and conformance with prestart checks and plant inspection processes
· Regular review and maintenance of hygiene requirements in and around production facilities
· Ensuring timely and safe movement of products within production and finished goods facilities
· Ensure timely and accurate reporting of problems with plant and equipment
· Ensuring a positive and professional attitude towards all team members
· Providing timely and positive assistance to other team members to manage peaks in demand
The successful applicant(s) will need to possess the following attributes:
· Education/Qualifications – required for Forklift/Truck and Loader Operation:
o HR Truck Licence or higher
o High Risk Work Licence (Forklift)
o Formally assessed Competency based Work Permit (Loader Operations LL)
o Telehandler over 3tonnes License or must be willing to obtain
· Excellent Customer Service
· Excellent Teamwork
· Good problem-solving skills
· Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health and Safety compliance
· Flexibility and ability to respond pro-actively to changing environments
· Sound verbal and written communication skills
· Good skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
· Good numeracy skills
· Good organisation skills
