As our Business Development Manager / Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our property management division, shaping our future, and positioning yourself for leadership opportunities as we grow.
What is the role?
Hybrid BDM + Property Management role
Look after a small existing portfolio while also growing the portfolio
Oversee and run all aspects of leasing and property management of the current portfolio (excluding trust accounting)
Focus on growing and scaling the property management portfolio
Implement systems and processes to support growth
No limits on area
Provide value‑add and investment strategy to clients and a high level of professional service
Work within a tight‑knit cooperative and entrepreneurial boutique business
Backed and supported by an experienced team with best practice standards
