We're looking for a driven Merchant Services Sales Representative to join our growing payments business and take ownership of the full sales cycle - from first contact through to long-term client relationships.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process with business clients, including:
* Prospecting and engaging new B2B customers
* Booking and attending face-to-face meetings
* Understanding client payment needs and pain points
* Presenting tailored merchant services and EFTPOS solutions
* Closing deals and onboarding merchants
* Managing ongoing relationships and retention
* Working closely with the internal team on installs, support, and follow-ups
* Maintaining accurate CRM and sales reporting
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year experience in merchant services or EFTPOS sales (essential)
* Proven background in B2B sales
* Confident communicator, in person and over the phone
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Self-motivated and able to manage your own territory
* Comfortable meeting business owners face-to-face
* Professional, reliable, and relationship-focused
