Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check‐in/check‐out.
* Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness.
* Manage reservations and daily guest transactions accurately.
* Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional front desk environment.
* Participate in training and team meetings.
