We provide wholesale investors with opportunities to co-invest in high-quality commercial assets—ranging from suburban shopping centres to childcare facilities, medical centres, and veterinary hospitals. We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial assets.
Reporting to the Head of Property, this role focuses on driving asset performance, building relationships and delivering value for our investors and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing direction and oversight to external Property Managers
* Driving value through contract procurement, outgoings minimisation and identifying opportunities for additional income generation
* Undertake regular asset inspections
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders
* Collaborating with departments across the business to execute and deliver on agreed investment strategy and performance
* Oversee financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting for assets
* Manage leasing strategies, tenant relationships and meet or exceed occupancy targets
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence
* Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership and investors

About You
* 5+ years experience in commercial property asset management or similar
* Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and deliver on performance targets
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or related discipline or demonstrated skill development
