About The Role
Reporting to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, this role is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, meeting sales targets and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.

* Customer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous)
* A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
* An obvious love for fashion, styling and trends within the industry
* Thrive on teamwork and collaboration
* Goal orientated and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs
* Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
* Impeccable personal presentation
* Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer‐focused service, ensuring seamless transactions.
* Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets.
* Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication and personal styling to enhance the customer experience.
* Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers.
* Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image.
