We are employing casual Maintenance Officers (Handypersons) to complete general repairs, preventative and grounds maintenance tasks for a Residential Aged Care client located in the Young Area.

$30.95 p/h + 10.5 % super
Primary duties include:
General repairs (installing or repairing basic hardware, patching and painting)
Some grounds work (pressure cleaning pathways, maintain lawns and existing gardens)
Preventative maintenance (schedule checks to ensure protected operation of tools and equipment)
Selection criteria:
Similar previous experience (trade, handyperson, maintenance, DYI)
Knowledge of WHS requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable transport and a licence
National Criminal History Check (must provide)
Be fully Covid-19 Vaccinated (3 doses minimum, must provide Covid 19 Vaccination digital certificate)
