Administration Clerk – Goodall Transport Yatala Qld
We’re a fast-paced transport company seeking a reliable Admin Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable and Payroll (Myob)
* Checking and recording drivers work hours off timesheets. Preparing invoices from completed work and accurate checking of completed invoices.
* General administrative work - filing, scanning, data enrty, saving documents as required.
Requirements:
* Experience with Myob is a must.
* Previous experience in administration (transport industry advantage)
* Strong computer skills (MS Office, My Geotab tracking advantage or something similar would be highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Good communication and work well as a team
