Skilled Construction Labourers - Tier 1 & 2 Projects | Sydney
VP Recruit is looking for experienced, site-ready labourers who can operate independently, assist trades efficiently, and maintain strong site standards.
Projects Include:
* Commercial fit-outs
* Demolition & strip-outs
* Civil & infrastructure support
* High-end residential builds
You Must Have:
* Minimum 2+ years on active construction sites
* White Card (mandatory)
* Strong understanding of site safety and workflow
* Ability to work unsupervised
Highly Regarded:
* EWP (under & over 11m)
* Forklift (LF / LO)
* HR / MR Licence
* Working at Heights
* Confined Space
* First Aid
* Traffic Control (Blue/Yellow)
* Asbestos Awareness
* Silica / WHS certifications
* Excavator / Skid Steer / Roller (VOC or ticketed)
* Telehandler
* Dogman / Basic Rigging
* Experience with jackhammers, grinders, demo saws, small plant
Pay & Conditions:
* $35–$48/hr + OT, depending on experience & tickets
* 40–50 hours per week available
* Ongoing work for high performers
* Weekly pay
