Rochford Wines is seeking a warm, enthusiastic and reliable Cellar Door Staff Member to join our team in the heart of the Yarra Valley.
You’ll play an important role in welcoming guests, guiding them through our wines, and sharing the story of our estate and cool-climate region.

About the Role
* Host engaging individual and group wine tastings
* Provide genuine, attentive customer service and drive cellar door sales
* Process POS transactions accurately and conduct opening and closing procedures
* Pack and dispatch online and telephone sales orders with accuracy and care.
About You
* Passionate about wine and hospitality
* Confident, personable and an excellent communicator
* Reliable and professional, able to work independently and within a close-knit team
* Previous cellar door, wine, or hospitality experience preferred (not essential)
* WSET Level 2 or 3 highly regarded
* Victorian RSA certificate required
* Current driver’s licence essential (no public transport nearby)
