About the Role: Position: Estimator/Site Supervisor Location: South Brisbane, QLD Salary: Circa $115,000 super company vehicle, fuel card, iPhone, iPad and bonuses (Negotiable for the right candidate) Responsibilities Manage the procurement of materials, allocation of trades, manage workflows to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time. Complete site inspections to monitor quality of work and compliance with Australian construction standards and safety. Complete site assessments, preparing estimates to complete reports and quotes. Be a point of contact for customers, providing updates on repairs and any concerns they may have. Uphold health and safety standards on job sites, making sure all team members follow safety protocols.
