Job Role: Agricultural Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled and experienced agricultural mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking diagnostics, maintenance, services, repairs, rebuilds and breakdowns on a range of agricultural and construction machinery.
About the Role:
* Diagnose faults and carry out service, maintenance, repair and rebuild work to your own capability
* Ensure work is carried out to the manufacturers' requirements
* Help train apprentices and assist other workshop personnel
* Complete job cards correctly
* Participate in the on-call roster and attend offsite breakdowns
* Provide exceptional and professional customer service
About You:
* Agricultural mechanic qualification or any other mechanic qualification
* Works safely, team player, excellent communicator and problem-solver
* HR and forklift licence (desirable)
* New Holland, Case IH, John Deere or Kubota experience (desirable)
