**About the client**
Our client are a major supplier to the renewable energy market and with offices Australia wide. They have a reputation second to none when it comes to their ability to supply their product range with quick turnaround, which helps to service this ever-expanding market segment they play in.
**Admin Assistant / Sales Support** to deal with customer enquiries and assist with sales admin activities, based in Perth, South of the River.
Key interests of the role:
- Attend to incoming customer enquiries and sales
- Ensuring prices and contracts are up to date
- Supporting the sales team with general operations
- Ensure data accuracy in orders and quotes
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries / pick ups
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Stay up to date with new products and features of the business
- Other administrative duties as required / needed
- 12 month contract with the view for permanency
- $50k - $55k pa + super + KPI
- Immediate start
About you:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales Support is necessary
- Previous experience with CRM and/or Microsoft Office is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, organisational skills and relationship management skills
- Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail and Google Calendar)
- A good understanding of sales KPIs
- Cert III in Business Admin or similar is beneficial
- High level of accuracy and an eye for detail
- Keen to learn about the business and Solar Industry
