These roles offer a dynamic mix of therapy and psychological assessment (Autism, ADHD and Cognitive / Academic). You have the flexibility to focus solely on therapy with your preferred client groups, or combine therapy with assessments, depending on your interests, skills, and career aspirations.
We provide full-time, part-time, and flexible working arrangements, with both in-person and telehealth options available.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver ongoing psychological therapy in a face-to-face or telehealth setting.
* Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop case formulations, evidence-based treatment plans, and tailored therapeutic interventions.
* Conduct assessment intake interviews, testing sessions, and third-party interviews; collate and interpret data; prepare comprehensive and practical reports; and deliver clear, supportive feedback.
* Stay current with the latest research and interventions in your areas of interest.
* Participate in ongoing supervision and peer consultation in line with AHPRA requirements.
* Collaborate with other health professionals and stakeholders involved in client care.
* Maintain accurate, comprehensive records and case notes in accordance with clinic policy, AHPRA, and best practice standards.
* Contribute to an inclusive, affirming environment.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
* Experienced therapist and / or interest in assessing ADHD and Autism (experience desirable, full training provided).
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Australian residency or valid work rights.
* Eligibility to provide services under Medicare.
Desirable:
* Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist, Educational and Developmental Psychologist or a Neuropsychologist.
* Experienced Board Approved Supervisor.
