Purpose As Warehouse Manager, you are the driving force of warehouse operations. Beyond day-to-day duties, you act as an advocate of our values, ensuring accurate dispatch and prioritising the safety of all stakeholders. With a new Warehouse Management System being introduced in the coming months, you will be central to driving its successful implementation, working closely with the team and leading them confidently through this change. This role involves accurate day-to-day inventory management, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to the overall success of the department. Responsibilities Ensure goods in/out processes are systematically followed Act as the HSE advocate within your warehouse space Foster team unity and embody behaviours aligned with our values Promote and uphold company values and culture Be proactive in giving and seeking feedback Handle all relevant administrative tasks Liaise with senior management on issues affecting team dynamics Skills & Experience Proven experience in large warehouse management or a related field Strong interpersonal skills Effective communication and team-building abilities Familiarity with DIFOT Demonstrated leadership skills in managing warehouse teams Competency in computer systems, particularly Warehouse Management System (WMS) software Success Measures Monitor inventory movements with a high level of accuracy Continuously improve warehouse layouts, planning, and inventory levels Improve inventory accuracy through precise stock takes/counts Maintain and enhance high warehouse standards Person Profile Process-driven, detail-oriented, and meticulous Committed to customer satisfaction Values-driven and genuinely invested in the welfare of others Physically fit, strong, and capable of performing heavy manual work
