We're searching for new talent to join our Atrium Lounge team. A Food & Beverage Attendant with the perfect mix of skills to make every guest experience truly memorable. Ideally, you will have experience in a hotel environment, but anyone with experience in a high‐end service environment is encouraged to apply. This is a part time position offering a minimum of 20hours guaranteed.
Day to day you will:
Creating a warm welcome for every single guest that sets the tone for their experience with us.
Be knowledgeable in all aspects of the menu, and derive sales through a professional and genuine approach to hospitality.
Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard while highlighting promotions for our guests.
Own the cleanliness of your outlet.
Minimise waste and report any unsafe equipment or practices to your supervisor.
Handle cash and credit transactions ensuring responsible financial transaction handling.
Work closely with your restaurant and kitchen colleagues to deliver seamless food service.
Take on ad‐hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly.
What we need from you:
The flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (SA/Nationally Accredited) & Food Safety Certificate.
Experience & knowledge – strong bar and service skills and previous experience working in a hotel, restaurant or bar is essential.
The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg, which can also involve bending and kneeling.
Your strong attention to detail and problem‐solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories.
