What we're looking for:
- Proficient in Gardening: You are experienced with plant care, pruning, lawn maintenance, weeding, and general landscaping tasks.
- Fit, Healthy & Energetic: You are able to handle physical work outdoors and enjoy staying active throughout the day.
- Positive & Growth-Oriented: You brings a joyful outlook, a willingness to learn, and a growth mindset to every task. You have energy! You have enthusiasm and you want to be the best version of yourself in being of service to others.
- Reliable & Independent: You manage time effectively, can work unsupervised, and consistently deliver quality results.
- Team & Client Focused: You enjoy working in a small team, helping others with their gardening needs, and providing excellent service to clients.
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on gardening and landscaping experience
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Knowledge of plant care, pruning techniques, and seasonal maintenance
- Australian citizenship, permanent residence, ability to pass a police background check
