Hitachi is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their Mackay Parts team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated sales and customer service experience, with evidence of success in Earthmoving, Mining, automotive or similar industries.
The successful individual will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers within the territory, growth and new business development of the Donaldson filtration range, undertaking negotiations with customers and resellers regarding their supply agreements, accurate reporting of current and prospective activity, market and competitor analysis, maintaining an effective territory customer call and visit plan, and achieving nominated sales and trading targets.
Key Requirements
* Demonstrated sales and customer service experience with evidence of success
* Experience in Earthmoving, Mining, automotive or similar industries preferred
* Genuine desire to deliver Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction
* Previous experience with the use of CRM or similar customer management database
* Motivated and competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targets
* Current driver's license and the ability to travel frequently
