Main Responsibilities:
* Experience in Employment Services is required, with knowledge of disabilities and the disability support sector
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to manage competing demands are essential
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary for success in this role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required
* Proven project management skills, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion, are highly valued
