About YouTo be successful in this position, you must have:
* A Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education, or working towards the qualification (ACECQA-approved)
* Minimum 2-3 years of management or leadership experience within sector
* Passionate belief in the early years care, development and education of children
* Strong ethics and genuine approach towards child safety and WHS
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated P&L accountability
* Current Working with Children's Check
* Recent Child Protection Training/Safeguarding
* Current First-Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
* Adaptability, flexibility and resilience and is able to respond positively to change
* Australian unrestricted working rights
