We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Investigations team as a Factual Research Specialist.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for investigations and research to work closely with our team in the day-to-day operations of our division.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and writing formal reports and documents for clients;
* Reviewing investigator field notes;
* Conducting enquiries and liaising daily with clients and investigators;
* Ongoing investigations administration and support.
About You
* Proven administration experience, ideally 1-2 years.
* An interest in law enforcement or investigative processes.
* Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities.
* Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
* Effective time management and organisational skills.
* A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
* A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
