About the Role
:
Our Customer Sales Consultants are responsible for assisting with all online and phone sales enquiries.
The role will involve the following:
1. Action inbound internet and phone leads within reasonable time frames
2. Act as the first point of contact with our customer, while providing exceptional customer service and understanding our customer’s needs
3. Follow up and frequent communication with your customer where necessary
4. Use of CRM systems to enter customer details and pass enquiries to respective sales departments
5. Build and maintain relationships with departments across multiple franchises, locations and areas of the business
About you:
6. Desire to meet objectives and reach new heights
7. Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
8. Experience handling high volumes of customer enquiries and targets
9. Exceptional communication skills and telephone manner
10. Strong computer literacy including internet and social media
11. Possess a positive attitude
12. Capable of working independently but also able to work effectively within a team
13. Full training provided
14. Ability to work weekends, public holidays on a rotating roster
