Rush Adventureland is looking for a new Playground Supervisor
About Us?
Rush Adventureland is a fun and exciting indoor playground located at the Sunshine Plaza Maroochydore. This family entertainment centre includes attractions such as a large playground, climbing walls, ninja courses, bumper cars, rush coaster and much more.
About The Role?
We are seeking strong leaders to guide and support our playground attendants. Supervisors will delegate tasks and monitor staff performance and productivity. You will be the first point of contact for staff and customer concerns. Providing excellent customer service is the forefront of this role. Your role will include a mix of Supervisor shifts and Cafe/Kitchen shifts with duties including ensuring Rush is running smoothly and ensuring all staff are allocated their duties and roles for the day, taking customer orders at our café, checking in customers upon entry and having fun with kids
The focus of this role will include:
* POS and cash handling
* Food service
* Provide support to staff
* Delegation of duties to staff
* Assisting kids with all activities at Rush including climbings walls, high ropes, bumper cars and more.
* Cleaning
About you?
We are after customer service superstars who can demonstrate the following skills:
• Strong communication skills
• Lead by example
• Problem solve
• Comfortable with children
• Reliable
• Adaptable and flexible
• Blue card (or the ability to obtain)
• Rosters will be over 7 days a week
• MUST be available to work every second or third weekend and during peak periods (school holidays in particular)
