* Lead the crew—manage Seven and client PMO resources; mentor rising talent.
* Lift maturity—upgrade processes, tooling and metrics to match client needs.
* Govern like a pro—schedule, cost, risk, benefits, RAID: nothing slips.
* Advise the C-suite—translate data into plain-English insights and options.
* Keep calm—when the stakes spike, your poise sets the tone.
