Take on a role where big campaigns meet big purpose. As Marketing Manager – Lotteries, you'll guide the strategy, creative execution, and multi‑channel delivery of MSWA's major lottery programs; some of the most recognised and impactful campaigns in Western Australia. This is your chance to shape high‑performing work that directly supports our community.
This is a 12‑month, full‑time fixed‑term position based at our Belmont office, with flexibility to work across other metropolitan locations.
What you'll be doing:
* Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager and Head of Lotteries to align campaign planning, execution, and performance insights to achieve exceptional results.
* Translate departmental strategy into integrated marketing plans that connect Paid, Owned, and Earned channels.
* Lead annual and campaign‑level planning sessions, ensuring channel plans ladder into departmental objectives.
* Work closely with internal departments (Brand & Comms, Client Engagement, Philanthropy, etc.) to maximise organisational synergy.
* Oversee delivery of major campaign assets (e.g., TVC, radio, OOH, brochure, digital, web, email, social).
* Liaise with MSWA's external suppliers, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
* Coach and empower a team of Senior and Marketing Officers, fostering a positive, high‑accountability culture.
* Manage and monitor campaign budgets and marketing expenditure in collaboration with the Head of Lotteries.
* Provide accurate and timely reporting on campaign results and budget status.
* Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant lottery regulations and brand guidelines.
Our "must" haves:
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
* Demonstrated experience leading integrated, multi‑channel campaigns within a fast‑paced marketing environment.
* Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable marketing plans.
* Experience managing and mentoring high‑performing teams.
* Strong creative and analytical capability — able to balance brand storytelling with performance outcomes.
* Experience managing agencies and stakeholder relationships.
Our "nice to" haves:
* Knowledge of lottery, fundraising, or NFP marketing environments.
* Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and data‑driven marketing.
* Understanding of compliance and governance within regulated industries.
