Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Sales Administrator.
The Sales Administrator will manage daily sales operations, assist with customer communication, process and handle orders, and provide administrative support to the sales team.
The position involves ensuring accuracy in orders, maintaining customer relationships, and facilitating efficient workflows to meet client needs and support business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
Experience in Order Processing and Sales, including managing order lifecycles and supporting sales activities
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks such as managing schedules, documentation, and other supportive duties
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous experience in architecture, design, or construction industries is a plus
