Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Recalls Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating and timely managing recalls and reminders for clients.
* Work with medical directors and clinical governance managers to ensure urgent recalls are appropriately managed.
* Delegate recalls to clinics for action and follow up any outstanding items.
* Ensure doctors receive a recall list and outstanding referral list every month to address.
* Work with clinic managers to ensure each site has a dedicated recall practitioner each day.
* Other clinical duties within the scope of an AHP, as directed by the Clinical Governance manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner.
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Aboriginal Health.
